World War Polygon is a first person shooter which allows you to play through some of the most critical battles of World War 2. Some examples of which include D-Day which took place in Normandy and the Battle of Bulge, which took place in Ardennes. If playing through an action packed first person shooter which features an addictive, realistic WW2 campaign interests you, it’s well worth playing World War Polygon.
It offers an engaging storyline.
World War Polygon boasts a fascinating storyline, which spans the length of World War 2. As you play through the single player campaign you’ll get to watch a variety of cut scenes. Some of which are funny or heroic, while other cut scenes may pull on your heart strings.
You’ll also have the opportunity to play as a Soviet soldier.
As well as getting to fight as an American or British soldier, you’ll also get to experience World War 2 through the eyes of a Soviet soldier. So if fighting on the Eastern Front and fighting in the Battle of Stalingrad excites you, you’ll enjoy World War Polygon.
Each mission features special tasks.
You won’t have to worry about encountering repetitive, monotonous gameplay as each mission that you face features special tasks. As an example in one mission you’ll have to use a powerful bazooka to destroy enemy tanks. While in another mission you’ll be tasked with using a sniper rifle to take out specific targets.
You get to choose your character’s weapons.
Before you start a new level or mission you’ll be able to equip your character with a wide variety of weapons. Some examples of which include assault rifles, sniper rifles and shot guns. Although you can also equip your hero with grenades and explosives.
There are challenging bosses to defeat.
Don’t be too disappointed if you’re not able to defeat all of the challenging bosses who you come across, first time around. As some of the boss fights which you’ll have to beat, take strategy and practice to win.
You can customize your hero’s outfit.
As well as hand selecting your hero’s uniform, you’ll also be able to customize and upgrade your character’s vest, helmet and weapons.
There are brand new daily challenges to complete every 24 hours.
Every 24 hours you’ll be given a new mission, which you’ll be able to complete in order to unlock a lucrative award. As an example, one day you may be challenged to kill a certain number of zombie nazis.
You’ll be able to play multiplayer games.
While the heart of World War Polygon is its single player campaign there are also multiple multiplayer modes to take on with your friends. One example of which is a fast paced 4 player vs 4 player death match. Where you’ll get to fight for the allies or for the axis.
So if you’re looking for a shooter which features a compelling storyline and which revolves around real events which took place during World War 2, it’s well worth giving World War Polygon a shot.
