When it first came out, people were pretty confused with Minecraft, mostly because of the graphics, but as the time went by, Minecraft became more and more popular. The reason for that is that this game was made in the way that you have to be creative in order to create something beautiful.
Until recently, you could play Minecraft only if you had a PC, but that changed thanks to Mojang. They decided that Android users should also be able to play they favourite game on their smartphones and tablets. After they’ve made and released Minecraft: Pocket Edition, they realised that that’s not enough, they needed something special. That new improvement was a better story.
In order to make the new, improved version of Minecraft, they decided that they should make new partners and let them make a new version. The partners that they’ve chosen, Telltale Games, realised that that’s a very difficult task because Minecraft was already very popular and they feared that they would disappoint millions of players. But, later on, they’ve succeeded and did exactly what they wanted, they showed that they have what it take to makes high-quality games.
And that’s what new Minecraft is, a high-quality game that can satisfy almost every gamer. Now, Minecraft: Story Mody is one of the most popular games in its genre and it became a favourite game for even those players who have never played Minecraft before.
As the name of the game suggests, this version Minecraft is mainly focused on the story, which is split into five episodes. You start the game as Jesse, a boy who has to save the world from the complete destruction and for that adventure, he will need the help of his friends. In order to do that, Jesse will search for a group of brave warriors who did something similar before.
We don’t want to spoil the game for you, that’s why we will leave it up to you to go through the story by yourself. The thing you should know is that is that when you start to play the game, you might find first 15 minutes boring, but the more you play, the more interesting the game gets, especially when you get the know your character. If you’ve played Minecraft before, you need to be patient, it takes some time for the story to develop, but it’s worth it.
Most of the people would say that this is a regular point-and-click game, and they would be right, but not completely. Asides from being a text-based game, Minecraft: Story Mode requires you to have fast reflexes, resolve various puzzles and explore all sorts of different stuff.
They did all this to keep you entertained and to make you forget you’re playing just a point-and-click game.
